Gracy Accad - NYFW Bridal Collection
Gracy Accad showed her bridal collection inside a ballet studio since the collection was inspired by Gracy’s love of ballet and the free flowing spirit and beauty of ballerinas. The collection started with less traditional pieces while "Girls Gust Wanna Have Fun" played appropriately in the background. We saw a mix of short and long styles, each paying homage to a fun, flirty bride, including lace jumpsuits with organza overlays trailing down the back and a floral flair gown with detachable puffy sleeves.
The collection transcended to more traditional gowns, including satin a-line ball gowns and illusion necklines with jeweled details. The whimsical nature was not lost on the later looks, gracing the runway with a light pink floral designed ball skirt complete with a laced crop top. Tulle peplum hugged the waist of many looks as well, reminiscent of a ballerina tutu.
Whether you’re a traditional bride or a progressive one, there’s a piece in this collection that will speak to you.
